No, and nobody can honestly claim otherwise: official question banks are not published. Ours are practice questions written from each jurisdiction's official handbook, with the source shown under every answer.

Is the app free?

Yes. Topic practice, the road-sign library and one mock exam a day are free. Paid options remove ads and lift the limits.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works without signing up; a local profile is enough. An account is only needed for leaderboards and challenges.

Does it work offline?
